Cardiovascular Endurance- Long consistent effort that keeps heart rate elevated. (jogging, brisk walking, long bike ride, swimming). Assessment= Mile Run
Muscle Endurance- Longer effort, (rock climbing, and so on) Assessment= Sit-up test
Muscle Strength- Short explosive effort (push ups, lunges, weights and so on) Assessment= flexed arm hang
Flexibility- Activities that cause the muscles to stretch (gymnastics, yoga and so on) Assessment= Sit and reach
Kicking
Face the target

Jump Rope
K-1 turn rope, jump over rope on the ground, slow jump over rope on the ground, fast jump over rope on the ground.
2-5 Forward, backward, jog-step, skier, one foot.
Gymnastics
Needle, tuck, pike, straddle, stride, v-sit, front scale, knee scale, rock and roll, bridge, table top, thread the needle, partner get up, wring the dishrag, tri-pod, frog, head stand, forward roll, backward roll, needle roll, log roll, fireman's roll
Striking with Implements
K-2 Using hands to strike balloons, individually, and with partners. Also use foam paddles to strike balloons and foam balls individually and with partners.
3-5- Tennis racquets, badminton, and hockey.
